Alina Soto was born in Havana, Cuba. She came to the U.S. at the age of 8, and lived in N.Y. for a few years before moving to Miami. Here, she attended Hialeah Jr. High and Hialeah Sr. High. She is proud to be one of our founding parents, opening the school back in 1986, with her oldest son entering 1st grade. All three of her children attended OLL and graduated from OLL. One of her greatest joys is having experienced so many of our children go from child to young adult, watching them grow from Kinder to their 8th grade graduation and having them return to visit while in High School and College.
Her hobbies include, dancing, music, and her children who keep her on her toes.
