Mrs. Maseri was born in Cedars Hospital: Miami, Florida.  She went to elementary school at St. Michael's and to St. Brendan's for high school.  She later attended Miami-Dade Community College & Florida State University where she received her Bachelor's & Master's Degree in Special Education.  She decided to pursue this career because of the wonderful teachers that inspired her to want to be a teacher.  No matter how many different careers she considered, she could not imagine being anything besides a teacher.  What she loves best about teaching is watching the students grow, in every sense of the word. 

She likes it here at OLL and she especially enjoys the sense of family among everyone.  Her hobbies include exercising, scrap booking and taking care of her son.
